Meet the Artist
I am a self taught artist with over thirty years experience, with paintings in private collections in UK and Europe.
I'm currently working mainly in acrylic as I like the colour vibrancy and opacity of colours. It suits my gestural mark making. My latest series focuses on Coast and Moor and the spaces in between, as I find the imposing majesty of the sea exhilarating and want to revisit its power.
I am fascinated by the way the sea changes, so much emotion, so many moods reflected.
I strive to evoke the smell of the sea, the tang of the salt spray.

All paintings can be framed. Deep edged canvases can also be hung unframed for a modern dynamic twist.
Each piece is unique and commissions are welcome upon request.
